Situated in the middle of the Irish Sea the Isle of Man is approximately 10 times bigger than Guernsey and 5 times larger than Jersey. Only a 60 minute flight from London, 45 minutes from Manchester, 55 minutes from Birmingham and a short 30 minute hop from Liverpool.

The Island also benefits from its own Private Jet Terminal providing the ultimate in convenience for discerning purchasers.

Sea connections too are regularly operated, with major routes to Liverpool, Dublin, Heysham and Belfast, with fast craft operating in the spring and summer months. The Island’s private schools, King William’s College and The Buchan are approximately 30 minutes’ drive from the property.
